Add a comment field to the Applicant's display line, so we can put notes for VEs in it.

We could put what room the Applicant is in, or a note to be sure and check the ID, or that he has a pending name change or call sign change. These are things we're putting in Discord, Chat, Groups.io Chat, emails, but it really belongs associated with the Applicant so the VEs see it. Also, for large sessions with multiple breakout rooms, it requires looking at the candidate's name, then finding him in ET and Breakout rooms to know who is where. The comment field would be limited in size, but free-form.

Examtools might want to be careful providing a freeform text field that might turn into an unintended magnet for PII and other inappropriate information being recorded about a candidate. That might be going on outside the tool in various chat forums, etc., but the responsibility for that lies with the individual VEs/VE teams.
