Prompt at time of session finalization to send any/all unsent CSCEs?

  I could see how having one button which could send all the CSCEs at once could be helpful. Mail programs may identify a mass wave of emails as spam too. Don't know.

  Was thinking more for a batch of a few, at most, remaining at the end of a large session or very small session, but maybe a send rate limiter would space them out enough, if the session owner wanted to just click once for all.
