Add a way for the Session Owner to add info visible to the VEs.

We often have a information we provide to VEs who are connected to Exam.Tools but either "didn't get the memo" or lost it. So we end up with a flurry of Discord requests, email, and phone calls, asking for the Zoom link, Discord Channel, or Google Sheet we're using in conjunction with ET. It would be nice to have a way to post that info in the VE Interface. We could also use it to post "be on the lookout for" info about Applicants who have special needs, like sight-impairment or exam credit.

The generic exam related useful info bit (links to team docs, google drive, etc.) sounds interesting, but I'd be careful about using that for notes about applicants. You don't want to accidentally record PII there...
