Require view of 605 and CSCE by applicant before they sign?
In an effort to encourage both applicants and VEs to verify the correct information on these forms, would it be helpful to prevent signature(green button) activation unless both forms have been opened and closed by the applicant?

Fuat - N2YGNHow big a problem is being solved with this suggestion? They enter the info, it is displayed for verification before the exam, and again at signature time. What does clicking through and rendering it in the form of a CSCE or 605 add to this?

Steve AE0KFThis is not a huge problem at all, but these forms must be checked for accuracy and completeness by the VEs. Some parts of the form are not completed until after the exam, and there are statements on the 605 that are being attested to by the applicant's signature. It's certainly common for people to sign things without reading what they are actually agreeing to, but at least we would be able to show that they were presented the information prior to signing. The other statement the applicants agree to are right above their signature, so it's a bit more obvious, not so easy to scroll on by just to sign and be done. Basically it's just helping us be more diligent, complete and accurate with something we are putting our own certifying signatures on as well.
