Allow fully customizing applicant registration email

The applicant registration confirmation email currently tells the candidate they are registered as of the start time of a multi-hour session when in fact we schedule them later on when payment is received in 30-minute blocks. This confuses them. Perhaps that email can allow full customization so only the team-created markdown text is sent?
