Add team lead to the VEC export docs

Now that we use Teams, the session manager/team lead doesn't appear on the paperwork. Only the team identifier does. The lead shows up as a VE on the VE list. Add who was the team lead in ET someplace in the export pdfs. GLAARG still needs to know who the session manager was and so does SANDARC who compiles their few sessions into one big document to submit to the board. We can't tell who ran the cram exam "SDHC" which uses a unique team ID and not a call sign for the ID when this is done. The same thing is happening with a GLAARG team which I am on. You can't tell unless you go back into ET and view under Edit Session. The example is from a session listing, but not the team I am referring to.

So to clarify here you'd like to see that added to which docs? Session manifest probably?

It's already in the JSON export, but I suppose that's mostly useful if you have your own system that you pull the information into.

Yes, the Session Manifest. SANDARC combines the session manifests into one document for a period of time. The cram course does a team lead rotation which is not reflected in the reports. For GLAARG the Session Manager is the responsible party if there was a question about the session. The team could have many sessions managers. I am not speaking for GLAARG, but I was questioned how they would know who ran the session by a member of the board.
