Change the Laurel CSCE to fully cross out unearned element name and number

Only the element names on the Laurel CSCE are crossed out and not the name and the element number. Some people may get hung up on the small deviation from the instructions to what is produced. Would it be possible to cross out the number as well?

My regional coordinator with Laurel did mention this when I did a Laurel session using ExamTools. It would be nice to have fixed.

I'll take a look at this -- but you can tell your regional coordinator that the way the forms currently work has been approved by Laurel VEC and they have not indicated that they have any major concerns. In other words, this is an aesthetic question, not anything that affects validity =] (but I don't disagree that it would be nice to fix, so I will take a look)
