Make it easier to see the state of the applicant's signature
In an in-person session, it might be difficult for all the VEs to know that the Applicant hasn't signed yet - so a VE getting ready to sign could wait until he sees the Applicant SIGNED icon and remember that he shouldn't sign until the Applicant passes *and* signs. The block could show the PIN and Name of the Applicant above the VEs. Being above would be a reminder that the Applicant is the first to sign.
KD7BBC EDIT: I will not be solving this problem in the way described above, but I do plan to work on this and clarify

HeatherIn a previous request which I can't find now, I asked that the greyed out icon where VEs click to sign and to the right of the number of VES assigned icon change to orange once the applicant has passed and clicked finish and sign forms. Currently, the icon is greyed out until the applicant has signed. The orange would show that the applicant passed, but has not signed. Depending on the team and VEC, the VEs are able to sign as soon as the applicant has passed or when directed to by the team lead or in this case, after the applicant has passed. The problem we have for in-person exams is that the VEs assign themselves after they do GradeCam, but do not always remember to sign since the icon isn't changing to indicate that they should do anything at that point. Different VEs are working with applicants to finish and sign forms so there is no reason to wait for the applicant to sign first. The SANDARC sessions are being run this way.

My issue was that the VEs did need to sign before the applicant when they did GRADECAM. The other part of it was getting VEs to sign on failures. (Sorry Richard for not posting it here in August.)
