Limit session list in ExamTools, but those session with applicants.

I have such a mess now with all the session/teams which I have been added to. A way to limit the session to those with applicants would be really helpful. If a session with registered applicants is coming up, I would like to see it easily and add it to my calendar or in the case of my own sessions, take note of how the registration is progressing for that session. The numerous sessions without applicants just clutters my view of what is most important. Richard - Thank you for all you do!
