"hold status" for applicants

It would be handy to have another status for applicants in addition to 'seen' ... etc.
Sometimes people register and don't pay, it would be nice to be able to mark someone as 'hold' until they've paid, then we can go in and put them in the default "registered" status so things can proceed.
For instance, I've got three people tonight that haven't paid yet, will likely pay in person, but it'd be easy to forget that they haven't paid in the activity leading up to the session starting.
